Hundreds of employees of Activision Blizzard have signed an open letter to the company’s management, condemning their response to a lawsuit from the state of California alleging of widespread harassment and mistreatment of women at the company. The next game in the Assassin’s Creed series is, reportedly, called Assassin’s Creed Rift, and it takes place in Baghdad. This comes from a Bloomberg reporter, Jason Schreier, who responded to someone on Reddit. That person claimed that the next game in the series will take place in an Aztec setting. “The next AC game is Rift, which is set in Baghdad,” said Schreier. Well, this is a nice surprise. Not only is the final content update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla now live on all platforms - a week earlier than planned! - but it includes a surprise tie-in to next year’s Bagdhad-based Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight is to receive a new game update later this month at which point the title will return to sale, Warner Bros. has announced. A post on the game’s forums confirmed the re-release date: “As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago,” wrote Warner. “While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post....

Battlefield 4’s latest expansion pack, ‘Legacy Operations’, will be available to download for free on Xbox One, PS4 and PC later today, EA has confirmed. The DLC will not be available on Xbox 360 or PS3. Legacy Operations introduces a fully remade version of Battlefield 2’s Dragon Valley map, and launches alongside a huge new holiday update that offers improvements to the game’s netcode, balancing, audio and and animations.
