After weeks of rumors, AMD officially announced the Radeon RX 6600 XT at Chinajoy. The company markets it as a premium, high-refresh 1080p graphics card capable of running all of today’s demanding titles. Apex Legends data miner That1DataMiningGuy has uncovered files that strongly suggest a new 3rd person mode could be in the works for the battle royale game. That1DataMiningGuy has now discovered a full-fledged 3rd person feature hidden within the code of the game, related to players being able to customize their skins in Apex Legends. The first clue that That1DataMiningGuy found was an “Opt-In/Out” feature that changes between first-person and third. The next indication came along with a potential indicator that tells players what level of armor their enemy is wearing before they shoot them and also featured the “Opt-In/Out” 3rd person add on....
Apex Legends Mobile went live in 10 countries at the end of last month, and now, pre-registrations are open for players worldwide. From its varied, colorful worlds to its vibrant, gorgeous sprites, Away: Journey to the Unexpected is a beautiful game. From only briefly viewing screenshots, I knew I just had to play it. While the gameplay isn’t as strong as its presentation, the game is a cute, entertaining experience that mostly delivers on what it promised. In an unexpected move, Rocksteady has offered up a surprise update to the five-year-old Batman: Arkham Knight, adding two new Batman skins to the game. As revealed on Twitter, the free update adds the Zur En Arrh costume, which is a version of Batman from 1958 that was an alien (yes, really) from outer space known as Tlano, while the other costume is, as the name implies, based on the Batman: Gotham Knight anime released in 2008....
The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight will be put back on sale later this week, Warner Bros. has announced. The game will return to Steam this Wednesday, October 28, and launch alongside a new patch that brings the PC version “fully up-to-date with content that has been released for console”, bar any console-exclusive DLC. Battlefield 1 has been officially revealed by EA, with the game releasing worldwide on October 21 for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Anyone who buys the Early Enlister Edition will be able to play from the 18th. As with all EA titles, the game will be available on EA Access early, starting October 16. EA has announced a major shake-up at the studios behind the Battlefield series, as it seeks to create a “connected Battlefield universe” following the launch of Battlefield 2042.
