Bioware Says Best Work Still Ahead

If you have been able to tear yourself away from Mass Effect 2 long enough, you’ll be very happy to know that BioWare is not even close to putting out their best work. In an interview with Computer and Videogames, BioWare co-CEO, Dr. Ray Muzyka, said the developer’s best work is “still ahead” of them. I don’t think BioWare has any problems releasing top notch games in terms of story, delivery or content....

Boyfriend Dungeon Developer Announces Next Game Mossfield Origins

Mossfield Origins will be the next game from Boyfriend Dungeon developer Kitfox Games. It’s a cosy city-builer with a “snack-sized” approach to the genre, with narrative aspects and a focus on sustainability. Check out a first look at gameplay in the trailer below. “We love builder games big and small! With a rise of comfortable handheld gaming and no time for many hour tutorials or 100 hour save files (work, parenting…) we wanted a snack-sized relaxing experience with a bit of depth that more people can see the end of,” says Mossfield Origins’ developer Ruby Ruze....

Three Fields was formed by Criterion co-founders Alex Ward and Fiona Sperry in 2014, and is largely made up of former Criterion staff. Anna And The Apocalypse Interview The Director On His Zombie Musical

A high-school musical. With zombies. Set at Christmas. It’s a bold concept for a genre mash-up, but one that Anna And The Apocalypse pulls off with aplomb – thanks to a cool cast, inventive horror set-pieces and some genuinely banging tunes. The film follows small-town sixth-former Anna (Ella Hunt), bestie John (Malcolm Cumming) and a Breakfast Club-style gang of misfit survivors as they battle their way through a festive invasion of the undead – facing off against school bullies, zombie snowmen and their increasingly insane headteacher (a scenery-munching Paul Kaye) along the way....

Apex Legends 10 Tips For Playing As Octane

Apex Legend’s Octane is an adrenaline-filled, whirlwind of a character played by those who like to be face-to-face with their enemies. His abilities are suited almost entirely towards putting himself in situations to win a gunfight, best-suiting him to be in the hands of your team’s top-fragger. Octane is an absolute blast to use, but if used incorrectly, he can be of no benefit to your team, and can actually be a detriment to himself....

Assassin S Creed Iii Remastered Technical Review Eye Sassination

Last month, Assassin’s Creed III Remastered caught my attention. The trailer alone detailing a number of changes to the engine and graphics overhaul got me excited. Thing is, this was one of the games in the franchise which I never got into. A remastered version certainly offered a new opportunity to experience it seven years since its original 2012 release. It was already part of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey season pass, and so I couldn’t wait to get started....

The Atelier series includes some of the more confusing and obscure JRPGs I can think of. Every time I see an Atelier game, there’s a new one sitting right next to it. So it only seems right that Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream is releasing this month. It’s coming out less than two years after the last iteration. Publisher KOEI TECMO and developer GUST Studios released tons of new information today about some of the game’s new mechanics, including the “improved battle system....

Battlefield 2042 Is Going To Game Pass Ultimate And Will Be Free For A Short Time

There’s no doubt that Call of Duty practically owns the market when it comes to military first-person shooters. In contrast, the Battlefield franchise has struggled over the years to maintain its share of the already crowded market. This is also despite Battlefield 2042 using DICE’s flagship and realistic Frostbite engine. However, as Battlefield 2042 rolls into Season 3, it could potentially recruit a new population of players with its debut on Microsoft’s Game Pass Ultimate service in 2023....
