If you were roaring at the starting line ready to race into Redout 2 later this month, you might want to cool your engines (sorry, I’ll stop this now); developer 34BigThings has announced a short delay for its stylish anti-grav racing sequel, with the game now set to release on 16th June. Redout 2, which was originally expected to launch on 26th May, builds on the superb racing action of its 2016 predecessor with a whole new set of tracks (36 in total, plus mirror variants of each) alongside expanded customisation options - with players now able to start with one of 12 distinct chassis and strap on the likes of new rocket engines, propulsors, stabilsers, rudders, magnets, intercoolers, flaps, wings, and spoilers....

In Apex Legends, the early game is as important sometimes as the endgame. Where players drop, the armor and weapons they get, and how well they can manage to stay in the ring matters. This is especially true when multiple teams drop in one location, as a firefight is inevitable, but there are ways to get the upper hand early on. Finding a weapon and some armor, then turning on the other team before they get the jump, is a key strategy, but perhaps more so than the weapon, getting the better armor can be a game-changer in Apex Legends....

Free-to-play battle royale shooter Apex Legends is officially heading to Steam on November 4 alongside Season 7, EA and Respawn Entertainment have announced. The announcement came via a Steam news post, which confirms that if you’ve already been playing on EA Origin/EA Desktop Client you can switch back and forth seamlessly, with all your progress and unlocks carrying between the two ecosystems. Steam players will also be able to claim some exclusive weapon charms, pictured below, for logging into the game on Steam during Season 7....

With consistent updates and patches, Apex Legends keeps things much more intriguing by making adjustments to their different maps. While there are only limited maps for ranked and pub matches, they continually rotate. Due to this, players face the challenge of constantly adjusting to a new setting. Husband collectors will no doubt be pleased with the deluge of manly energy coming from the next two Genshin Impact characters. Arataki Itto and Gorou are Genshin Impact‘s newest playable characters, set to release in Version 2.3. The two characters were announced during miHoYo’s usual drip marketing strategy, which provides a preview of characters coming up in the next version. There was certainly a bombastic reaction to one of the characters’ generous reveals....

Arma 3 will be getting a new single player mission pack dubbed ‘Tac-Ops’ at the end of the month. Due for release on 30 November, Tac-Ops will include three different mini-campaigns. These are the three operations. ‘Beyond Hope,’ which takes place nine years prior to the Arma 3 ‘East Wind’ conflict, as civil war rages through Altis and Stratis. Then there’s ‘Stepping Stone’ in which NATO forces are trying to secure the island of Malden during ‘East Wind’....

Developer Vic Game Studios released a couple of new trailers of the upcoming Black Clover Mobile game. The first trailer reveals a the game’s rendition of a popular character who will be an NPC in the game, Sister Lily Aquaria.
