Battlefield 2042 was introduced with a lot of bugs and issues. Alongside those issues were certain features that were either removed or were absent from the beginning. Although DICE has stated that they will be fixing all of the bugs and errors, so we will have to wait till they do so. In the meantime, we will discuss the issue that many players have experienced. The Screen Cut Off Issue in Battlefield 2042 is a very annoying one as the player cannot see certain parts of the game on their screen....

Hideki Kamiya revealed that the teaser trailer for Bayonetta 3 hides “a lot” of clues for the game (via Nintendo Life). In an interview featured in the latest issue of Famitsu, the PlatinumGames director was asked about the progression of Bayonetta 3. The third game was announced in 2017, but the developer hasn’t said much more than that, even with the re-releases of Bayonetta 1 and 2. Earlier this year, the series creator communicated that development is “progressing very smoothly, so please rest assured and wait for it,” and that fans could look forward to “many other interesting things” in forthcoming updates....

This event is the first notable Counter-Strike tournament of the year and, while not being attended by any of the top 10 teams, gives us a look at some of the hungry tier two teams that are hoping to improve their fortunes in 2020. The teams attending the event are BIG, Renegades, Virtus....

Bioware has released a new promotional video for its upcoming ‘not-Destiny’ game Anthem, showing off its botanical prowess with, uh, a maize maze. Bioware has sponsored its home city’s corn maze, which has resulted in a huge Anthem exosuit being carved into the field of maize. For some reason The dev has crafted a huge design showing off the Bioware company logo alongside the 50 foot exosuit. I’ve no idea how many folks will wander through the fields of corn, appreciating the work of the game dev, but it’d be good to have a gander at the very least....

Despite generally positive reviews, the racing game Blur had lackluster sales. However, Bizarre Creations still consider Blur to be the start of a “big franchise” and plan to develop sequels in the future. You have to admire their confidence and vision. Game franchises, like movie franchises, are usually cut short when the revenue doesn’t meet expectations. We here at Game Rant enjoyed Blur and encourage people to try the arcade racer....

This review contains spoilers and swear words. 5.1 Striking Vipers “I fucked a polar bear and I still couldn’t get you out of my mind” isn’t quite “You had me at hello,” or “Nobody puts baby in a corner”, but as on-screen protestations of love go, it’s memorable. It’s also the sort of line that could only really exist in an episode of Black Mirror, not just because since pig met prime minister in its first ever episode, the series hasn’t shaken off an association with bestiality, but because Black Mirror is one of the few TV shows in which somebody could actually fuck a polar bear....

Season Four of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone is coming to an end. Ahead of the next season, the developers have shared a roadmap of what players should expect from Season Five. The Season Five roadmap shows the update will debut new weapons and game modes in Black Ops Cold War Season Five and new perks, map changes, and more in Warzone. To begin, Black Ops Cold War will gain an Among Us style game mode next season....

It was more than a decade after Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner hit theaters when Westwood Studios tackled a project based on the fictional universe. Borrowing the movie’s name, Westwood’s Blade Runner was less of a sequel and more like a side story, only brushing up against the film’s narrative on occasion. Despite not having the film’s protagonist, Rick Deckard, in the pilot seat, the game still did well. The point-and-click adventure was praised by critics, winning the Interactive Achievement Award for Computer Game of the Year....

With E3 upon us, careless game store listings are leaking left and right. The most recent kerfuffle involves a DLC for the now 7 years old Borderlands 2 that would link it to the upcoming Borderlands 3. The free DLC is called Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith & The Fight for Sanctuary. Interestingly enough for a game most concerned with the endless loot treadmill, it will provide a narrative connection to Borderlands 3 for those who are really invested in the plot of the series....

For many players, farming the best Borderlands 3 weapons will be one the primary appeals of Gearbox Software’s new looter shooter. Indeed, there are an absolutely staggering number of powerful Borderlands 3 legendary weapons to obtain, but not all of the game’s highest damage guns are legendaries. Case in point: the BL3 Masher pistol is an absolute monster when it comes to DPS, and it is only of epic rarity....

If you got your teeth well and truly stuck into the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War beta, you might be looking at what’s included in the full game. The Black Ops Cold War multiplayer beta featured two Fireteam Dirty Bomb maps, and six core multiplayer maps. Sadly, there’s only two more in the mix at launch. That’s right, Black Ops Cold War only contains eight 6v6 maps for online multiplayer....

WWE held its Draft on Friday and Monday, splitting up rosters between SmackDown on FOX and RAW on USA Network. Different than in prior years, WWE ran a storyline where executives from each network were picking the wrestlers they wanted on their show. It was a nice real-world touch, despite the cheesy acting every time they went to the “war rooms” of each network. Let’s run down the results. RAW will be headlined by Universal Championship Seth Rollins, with the main-event talent also including AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton....

Nintendo has released a new video touting the updates coming to idyllic life-sim Animal Crossing: New Horizons next week, revealing a carnivale theme known as Festivale. The free update will bring along the peacock known as Pavé to your island on February 15, who’ll be hosting a delightful dance party for you and your islanders, as well as tasking you with catching colourful feathers around your island. Though the update may seem slight, the video does hold a neat little treat at the end as a promise of the next free update in March includes a familiar looking Mushroom and Super Star icon from the Mario series....

Animal Crossing is the adorable series that has graced many of Nintendo’s consoles over the years. The adorable life sim game has you paying off your house and making friends with your animal neighbors. The game, for the most part, is all smiles and sunshine, but as many players know, all is not what it seems in the happy go lucky world of Animal Crossing. You see, there are many things in the games universe that just aren’t quite right when you start to think of them, and many of these things can be downright evil....

BioWare is continuing to polish up Anthem following its messy launch last Friday, with the latest update tweaking the game’s loot system. This is obviously pretty crucial for Anthem, being a loot shooter and all. According to a post on Reddit by Ben Irving, the game’s lead producer, BioWare is giving the boot to common and uncommon loot drops for Level 30 and above, reducing your chances of netting rubbish items for your troubles....

EA and Respawn Entertainment have released a new video showing battle royale shooter Apex Legends running on the Nintendo Switch, ahead of the game’s debut on Nintendo’s console next week. As previously revealed, porting duties are being handled by veteran Switch studio Panic Button, and will offer full cross-play support with the other versions. It’ll launch right in at the currently ongoing Season Eight of the game, and will include an exclusive Pathfinder skin and 30 free levels for the Season 8 Battle Pass to help you catch-up....
