Battlefield 1’s Fall Update is now rolling out on PS4, Xbox One and PC, EA has announced. The game’s first major update incorporates player feedback in order to “make Battlefield 1 an even more fun, varied, stable, and balanced experience,” says DICE. So vast is the update that EA and DICE have published a 12-page PDF documenting each and every tweak. One of the key changes comes in Operations mode, increasing the effectiveness of the attacking team by upping the overall tickets for both Operations & Grand Operations, whilst also reducing the amount of time it takes for attackers to capture flags....

PlayStation has announced the games it’ll be offering up to PlayStation Plus subscribers for the month of May, including EA’s Battlefield V, destruction derby title Wreckfest and deserted island survival game Stranded Deep. As revealed on the PlayStation Blog, all three games will be available from Tuesday, May 4 until May 31 from the PlayStation Store, with Wreckfest being your next-gen offering on PlayStation 5 only. Battlefield V and Stranded Deep meanwhile are both playable on the PlayStation 4....

DICE has confirmed that Battlefield V will feature eight multiplayer maps when the game launches later this month. The maps are spread across four different locations, namely France, Holland, Norway, and North Africa. Their names are as follows: Twisted Steel, Arras, Narvik, Fjell 625, Rotterdam, Devastation, Hamada, and Aerodome. Battlefield V’s largest multiplayer map is Hamada, while the smallest conflict zone will be Fjell 625. Battlefield V ships on November 20 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One....

Danish developer Adrian Lazar and his team are set to bring their fantastic looking platformer Planet Alpha to PC later this year. Promising fast platforming action, puzzles, and stealth mechanics, players will have to explore the world and uncover the ability to rotate and control the planet.
