The player made a political statement regarding Hong Kong during an interview and was promptly stripped of his winnings and banned from competing for the next year. To make matters worse the two people interviewing him at the time were also fired. Now J. Allen Brack, Blizzard’s president, has apologized....

Bloober Team has refused to comment on rumours it’s working on a Silent Hill 2 remake. Rumours surfaced earlier this week that a remake of the PS2 horror game was in the works, alongside other projects in the series. However, speaking to IGN at Polish games conference Digital Dragons, Bloober CEO Piotr Babieno said he cannot comment, but the studio hopes to make an announcement on future projects “as soon as we can”....

The planned Bloodborne update 1.03 is targeting a release before the end of April and will provide improvements to load times and general performance optimisations. “Today, we wanted to provide some more information regarding the next patch for Bloodborne,” wrote Masaaki Yamagiwa, producer, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio. “As we confirmed previously, the 1.03 update seeks to reduce certain load times in addition to performance optimisations. Nintendo has confirmed that classic Rare platformer Banjo-Kazooie will be added to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack next month.
