Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is having a rough news week leading up to the big Ubisoft Forward event. The game suffered another leak via Reddit earlier today, this time revealing gameplay of a boss fight. What’s interesting about the leak, though, are the mystical powers of the boss. The footage reveals a clash between the protagonist and a magic-wielding Druid warrior known as Cordelia. The battle starts after Cordelia mistakes the player as a foe....

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for the upcoming open world RPG action adventure Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, focusing on the game’s depiction of Norse Mythology. As was the case with the previous two Assassin’s Creed games, Valhalla will see its hero delve into the mythos and legends of the time period of which it takes place, meaning in this case Eivor will be coming across figures such as Odin, Freya and Loki....

Bandai Namco has announced via press release that part of its internal systems related to the Asian region have been hacked and the company is currently investigating. According to the announcement, the unauthorized access involved the internal systems of several companies of the group in the Asian region excluding Japan, and there is the possibility that customer information has been leaked. That being said, the possibly leaked customer information is related to the Toys and Hobby business, which means that the Digital Business (which includes video games) should not be affected....

The final PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight is not quite ready for consumption so the game is still absent from Steam, but there is more DLC content coming and news of a final PC release. There is finally some movement with the PC version re-release and DLC support for those who already own the game (and relevant Season Pass) on the PC. Destiny 2 Cheaters beware: your days are numbered. After reporting that cheating has jumped 50% in its shooter this year, Bungie has announced big plans to fight back. Not only will Bungie ban anyone caught cheating at Destiny 2, but it’ll also ban the cheaters’ teammates. In a blog post on their website, Bungie outlines what activities will result in a ban. These include lag switching, wallhacks, aimbots, and, of course, manipulating game memory to receive infinite ammo or health....

The Bungo Stray Dogs anime is officially coming back for a fourth season, and the new cour’s trailer shows that all is not well for the Armed Detective Agency. Revealed as part of Crunchyroll Expo 2022, the trailer doesn’t waste time establishing that the series’ protagonists are in danger. Voice bits from several characters paint a scene of the Agency being set up for a crime via a job they accepted, resulting in their arrest at the hands of another organization....

Bus Simulator 18‘s main map is already quite expansive. However, that didn’t stop the folks at Still Alive Studios from adding a relatively beefy new road network that connects the existing towns with two new ones: the rural, sleeper town of Sonnstein and the contrasting town of Kerststadt which is far more bustling and modern. Sonnstein is probably my favorite of the new pack. Its rustic architecture and sprawling farm fields give it a very ‘airy’ feel....
