This is pretty much the Borderlands 2 that you experienced back in 2011, albeit with the chance to get closer to the lootin’ ‘an shootin’ thanks to the power of Sony’s virtual reality gaming headset. You’ll have a first-person view of Pandora as you fill bandits full of lead using real-world aiming, gawk at weapons from any angle you wish, and stuff your pockets full of loot from life-sized chests....

Treyarch isn’t saying much about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s battle royale mode right now, but a leaked screenshot (via WCCFTech) for the game has seemingly confirmed it’ll support up to 60 players. Black Ops 4’s battle royale mode is known as Blackout, and is the first game in the franchise’s history to support the popular feature. Despite this, not much else is known about Blackout, only that it will support the biggest number of players in a multiplayer environment that Call of Duty has seen to date....

The Call of Duty: Modern Gunfight Tournament is back, letting players battle it out in 2v2 Gunfight for a chance to be declared the victors. Tomorrow, February 16, the newest patch for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will drop on every platform the game is playable on. The patch is 18.04 GB on PC, and will roll out at 7 AM ET. In addition to some quality of life changes, the River Raids game mode will at last be added to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Blizzard has pulled two heroes, Bastion and Torbjörn, out of Overwatch 2 while it fixes some game-breaking bugs. Bastion has been taken out of all game modes, and Torbjorn cannot be used in competitive to keep things fair. Bastion’s removal follows the discovery of a truly broken bug that makes him very overpowered. Overwatch 2 reworked Bastion’s ultimate from the old Configuration: Tank to a new artillery mode that fires three shots....

DC Comics fans that have ever wondered what Batman might look like in a body-switching situation with Catwoman needn’t wonder any longer. A video has surfaced from Batman: Arkham Knight that shows Batman moving with Catwoman’s animations and Catwoman moving with Batman’s. It’s a bizarre sight to see, especially for anyone that has played through Batman: Arkham Knight. DICE has revealed the first details on Battlefield 1’s Giant’s Shadow map, a free multiplayer map due to be introduced to the game in December. Available to all players free of charge, Giant’s Shadow is set in France during 1918’s Battle of the Selle, and sees the fight moving “out of the trenches and into open country where a massive crashed airship casts its shadow onto the battlefield”. That’s the giant, I’m assuming....
