This upcoming expansion will serve as the fourth state to be added into the game since its original launch. Publisher Digerati has announced that indie arena shooter Demon Pit will be heading to consoles this month. Coming to PS4 on December 17 (December 18 in Europe), Xbox One on December 24, and Switch on December 25, the shooter is similar in vein to Devil Daggers with a more Quake-like aesthetic. Ubisoft has just revealed the release date for the final DLC episode for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Judgment of Atlantis, which is part of The Fate of Atlantis expansion pack. Our review of the base game was very positive, and it looks like DLC episodes have been mostly well-received as well so far. The previous DLC, Torment of Hades, included some new abilities for players to experiment with. Bethesda’ upcoming Indiana Jones game, developed by Wolfenstein studio Machine Games, may not be an Xbox exclusive. The long-awaited sequel to Beyond Good & Evil has overtaken Duke Nukem Forever as the game with the longest-ever development period. Duke Nukem Forever, which finally released in 2011, previously held the Guinness World Record for the longest development period for a video game project, at just over 14 years.
