Anthem Will Get Story Dlc But It Won T Cost You Anything

Speaking during a panel at PAX West over the weekend, Anthem developer BioWare confirmed that the upcoming loot-shooter will not charge for additional story DLC. However, BioWare’s Mark Darrah clarified that any cosmetic items can also be earned while playing the game, and reiterated that Anthem does not feature loot boxes....

Aquamarine A Sci Fi Survival Game Just Launched A Kickstarter Campaign

Earlier this week, developers Moebial Studios launched a Kickstarter campaign for their first release - a psychedelic sci-fi survival game titled Aquamarine. Visually, Aquamarine is inspired by underground art and animation from the 70s. This includes comics by the French artist Moebius, who the studio cites as a primary influence on the hand-drawn style of their first title (and who very well may be the inspiration for the studio’s name.)...

Astalon Review Step Into The Ruins Of Ash And Abandon All Hope

[Update: I go on at length about only one elevator being in the Ruins of Ash, but the game was patched on 6/5 to add another one, which greatly reduces my biggest problem with the game.] While I love Metroid-likes, many of them are less than intrepid. It’s rare to come across one that actually attempts to do its own thing. There’s not necessarily anything wrong with that, but the best games in the subgenre are trailblazers....

Avatar The Last Airbender 20 Things Katara Can Do That Aang Can T

Avatar: The Last Airbender was a huge part of people’s childhoods, but looking back, the show wasn’t entirely meant for kids. There was a lot of creepy, if not downright weird, facts about the different aspects of being an elemental bender and there was also a lot of death and serious topics. The original series featured something considered a bit of a rarity these days in children’s cartoons in each episode’s specific plot....
