Atomic Heart, a Russian sci-fi game developed by Mundfish, hasn’t been featured in any news in recent months. Initially revealed in 2018, the game has been quiet with little to no updates regarding its development process, marketing campaigns, and story details. The next Dragon Age game is still “right in the middle of production”, BioWare has said, while announcing the departure of executive producer Christian Dailey. NetEase, the second largest video game company in China announced that it is extending its longtime publishing partnership with Blizzard, as reported by GameDaily.biz. Under the renewed agreement, the two companies will continue publishing Blizzard games including Diablo, Overwatch, World of Warcraft and others in China until January 2023. The partnership with NetEase dates back to 2008, when the Chinese company helped facilitate the launch of StarCraft II in China. Since then, Blizzard and NetEase have maintained a close relationship....

Since it launched back in September, Gearbox Software has seemingly had no shortage of updates for Borderlands 3. In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, there is artwork for a remastered version of the Modern Warfare 2 campaign (via WccfTech). Dataminers digging around in Modern Warfare’s most recent patch files found the image, and it adds to the pile of evidence pointing to the existence of a remastered Modern Warfare 2. Firstly, Call of Duty insiders had been mentioning the project for some time, and even said that players would be getting a remaster for the game’s multiplayer, too....

The retailer also says that the collection will include remastered versions of Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed Revelations, along with all DLC and two short films. That’s the same as what Gameblog reported earlier this week. The collection is supposedly scheduled to release on PS4 and Xbox One, and features 1080p/30fps remasters of all three games. In 2010, Amnesia: The Dark Descent brought a truly chilling horror game to our screens. And now, a decade later, we are finally getting the long-awaited sequel. Back from the dead, developer Frictional Games today announced Amnesia: Rebirth as its first title in five years. Rebirth is set for an Autumn 2020 release on Steam. The last title Frictional Games released was SOMA, a horror game with a sci-fi twist. However, Rebirth will instead focus on what made the original Amnesia so good: putting the player in an unfamiliar, desperate situation where terror and pain await....

Mundfish has released a new trailer for its upcoming first-person shooter Atomic Heart, and it’s fair to say that the footage in the short gameplay montage clarifies almost nothing about the game but definitely serves to pique interest. The first three seconds of the teaser seem innocent enough, with a couple of vehicles broken down in a mud-filled clearing…until a transparent globular structure as tall as a building becomes visible on the far side of said clearing....

EA reveals why Battlefield 6 won’t be available on PS5 and Xbox Project Scarlett at launch. The publisher had surprised many of its fans by confirming that the next Battlefield game wouldn’t be released until 2022, in a break from the popular shooter series’ alternating release schedule. In a call with investors and analysts, EA CEO Andrew Wilson said that the company had thought about making Battlefield 6 a PS5 and Xbox Project Scarlett launch title....

Batwoman has spent most of its season playing around with villains primarily specific to Kate Kane and her world. The show often alludes to some of the biggest, most recognizable Batman villains associated with her more famous cousin, but it hasn’t waded into bringing any of them to the screen.
