As part of the ongoing Gifts of Mayhem celebration in Borderlands 3, 2K Games and Gearbox Software have released yet another new shift code that fans can redeem for a free gift. Today’s Borderlands 3 shift code will get players a free Snow Globe ECHO skin, marking the third free ECHO skin that players have received during the Gifts of Mayhem.

Like with any Borderlands 3 shift code, players have three options when it comes to redeeming this one for the free Snow Globe ECHO skin. They can either redeem the code in-game, through the Gearbox Software website, or through the Borderlands website. When that’s done, players will receive the Snow Globe ECHO skin through their Borderlands 3 mailbox, though they may have to reset their game before it actually shows up.

Here is the new Borderlands 3 shift code for December 17, 2019 that’s good for one free Snow Globe ECHO skin: WH5JJ-ZBSBH-KK6H6-R3JT3-F6TCF. Like the other Gifts of Mayhem Borderlands 3 shift codes, this shift code expires on January 10, 2019 at 11:59pm PST. This gives players a few weeks to redeem the code, which is a lot longer than they usually have to redeem Borderlands 3 shift codes.

Before posting this Borderlands 3 shift code for the Snow Globe ECHO skin, the official Borderlands 3 Twitter account accidentally released the shift code for tomorrow’s gift early. Fans will have to try this shift code out for themselves to see if it works, but it is as follows: CSKJB-6B9BZ-5K696-RBTB3-6FCBS.

So far, the Borderlands 3 Gifts of Mayhem gifts have consisted of three ECHO skins, one free legendary assault rifle, and a candy cane weapon trinket. There are three more gifts that will be given out through Borderlands 3 shift codes, with the last gift arriving on Friday, December 20. Judging by the replies to the Gifts of Mayhem tweet, it seems many fans are holding out hope that they will be able to get free skins for their characters through the event, but that remains to be seen.

In the meantime, Borderlands 3 fans also have the upcoming Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC to look forward to this week. Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot launches on December 19, giving players the chance to explore a brand new casino location. It will launch during the Gifts of Mayhem event, so players will have new story DLC as well as a free gift to look forward to on that day.
