While the game is doing well on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, some wondered if there is a possibility of porting Borderlands 3 to the Switch. Prior to the game’s release, CEO Randy Pitchford revealed that he “would love to see” Borderlands 3 on the Nintendo Switch. But, it was later revealed that Pitchford was just expressing his thoughts, which immediately killed the hopes of a Switch port. However, in an interview with some of the game’s developers, creative director Paul Sage was asked about Borderlands 3 on the Switch. Sage’s responded saying “never say never,” which implied that Gearbox is not closing its doors to Nintendo’s hybrid system.
Meanwhile, Borderlands 3 players recently found a hidden roller coaster in the game. In a video uploaded on Reddit, a hidden roller coaster was spotted in one of the game’s worlds. The best part about this secret coaster is that players can ride it all the way to the end, and it even has targets along the tracks. Once players are able to shoot down all the targets, a door to a Red Chest will unlock giving players a reward for enjoying the hidden attraction.
Borderlands 3 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version in development.
