Borderlands 3 fans have gotten used to getting new shift codes every weekend, with Gearbox Software CEO Randy Pitchford often tweeting out new codes on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, this weekend is a little different, as Pitchford has instead tweeted out a single new Borderlands 3 shift code that’s good for three Golden Keys by itself, and it will last a bit longer than usual before it expires.

Typically, Borderlands 3 shift codes expire within 24 hours of being posted. However, the new Borderlands 3 shift code will be live from now until Monday, November 25 at 10am CST. This gives Borderlands 3 fans a few days to redeem the shift code, which will definitely be appreciated by those who consistently miss out on redeeming the new shift codes.

It’s also worth noting that Borderlands 3 fans now have a new way to redeem the shift code. Players can still redeem the code through the Gearbox Software website or in-game, but they now have the option to redeem shift codes through the official Borderlands website as well. Regardless of the method players choose to redeem the new Borderlands 3 shift code, the three Golden Keys will be sent to their in-game mailbox, and they can be used on the chest aboard Sanctuary III for some free loot.

The new Borderlands 3 shift code for November 22, 23, 24, and 25 is 5BC3B-9FFHZ-6TKHK-ZTKJT-ZWR9B. Remember that is expires on Monday, November 25 at 10am CST, so anyone that wants to redeem it will want to do so before the weekend is over.

The new Borderlands 3 shift code is a fresh opportunity for fans of the looter-shooter to get some new gear ahead of the game’s first major story DLC. Entitled Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, the first Borderlands 3 story DLC will see players visit a casino that was taken over by Handsome Jack, the memorable villain who was featured prominently in Borderlands 2, The Pre-Sequel, and Tales from the Borderlands.

It’s quite likely that the release of the Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC will see the release of some new shift codes to celebrate its launch. In the meantime, fans can look forward to new shift codes being released on Randy Pitchford’s Twitter account on a regular basis.

Borderlands 3 is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version also in development.
