Traditional adult games based around sexual content are extremely hard to find on consoles. Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo are all much more restrictive about what kind of games can appear on their consoles. Unrated and Adult Only games are effectively banned across all three major home consoles. That said, some good ones exist. These are the best adult games on PS4 that we can recommend that will be as close as what you’re looking for as possible.
Keep in mind, like we said, traditional adult, sexy and sexual games don’t really exist on the PS4. If you’re really interested in that, you should invest in a PC capable of playing them. We have a list chock full of recommendations if that’s something you’re able to do.
That said, we still have a few games that we can recommend that highlight adult, sexual, and sexy content on the PS4.
Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal

Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal is one of the more iconic games on the PS4 that highlights sexy and adult themed content. It also is a pretty fun action game which is an added bonus.
Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal is a remaster of the original game that kicked off the cult-hit franchise. Essentially you control scantily clad female ninja/shinobi that do battle with… other scantily clad female warriors. When a fight is over the loser is usually left with very little clothes on.
Keep in mind though some game modes like the skinship, are removed in the PS4 version and restricted to the PC version.
The Witcher 3
While not considered to be a conventional adult game, The Witcher 3 certainly contains lots of sexual and mature scenarios, and has the added benefit of being one of the greatest games of this generation, and arguably all-time.
Geralt gets around, and he has the option to bed the finest looking woman in all of the Northern Realms. There are a lot of sex and romance options in The Witcher 3 and while it’s not a dating sim (obviously), it does have elements of it as you’ll need to say and do the right things to earn the affection of the the possible romances.
Oh and again, there’s the side effect of it being a massive open-world game filled to the brim of hundreds of hours story and narrative driven questing.
Gal Gun 2
The Gal Gun franchise consists of a series of rail-shooting games where the main character has to fend off woman that have fallen madly in love you and cannot control themselves and are constantly throwing themselves at you.
Don’t worry you’re not killing the girls when you shoot them, you’re just using a special gun that expels demons in them that have caused them to lose their mind.
Still, expect to get a face full of sexy anime women throughout the course of your time with Gal Gun 2. If you enjoy your time with Gal Gun 2, you can look into the other games in the series such as Gal Gun: Double Peace.
Dead or Alive 6
Dead or Alive 6 is a fighting game first and foremost. Let’s make sure that’s perfectly clear. However, sexy characters (mostly female, but men as well) that are in revealing outfits are 100% a part of the appeal as well for this series.
Fanservice and how much of it is in fighting games nowadays is a hotly debated topic, but if there’s any series that has been a stalwart defender of it, it’s Dead or Alive 6.
There are a large amount of outfits to customize the female fighters that are sexy but also include more beautiful options as well. Body physics are also exaggerated to highlight the features of each of the fighters.
As an added bonus, unlike some of the games on this list, Dead or Alive 6 is a solid fighting game that can stand toe to toe to other recent entries in the genre.
Grand Theft Auto V
If there’s a series that pushes the limits on what is appropriate on consoles it’s Grand Theft Auto. Grand Theft Auto V doesn’t take its foot off the gas at all.
While the game isn’t explicitly centered around sexual content, there are plenty of it for you to run into either through the game’s campaign missions, or if you just want to spend some time at the local strip club, or pick up a prostitute.
On top of that, you can get into some debauchery with a friend online too in Grand Theft Auto Online which is still receiving consistent updates as of 2019.
School Girl/Zombie Hunter
School Girl/Zombie Hunter isn’t a game that takes itself too seriously, very much like most of the games on this list of the best adult PS4 games. The gameplay is mostly a vehicle for the game’s female protagonists to strip down to only essential clothes.
Throughout the game you’ll fight zombies (duh) with various school girl characters (double duh) and if needed to save your own hide, you can strip and throw your clothes to distract the zombies.
Yeah again, don’t expect an amazing shooting game. Just appreciate it for what it is, and if it sounds like something you can enjoy, go for it.
Bullet Girls Phantasia
Bullet Girls Phantasia pits scantily clad girls armed weapons and magic against Orcs, Tentacle Monsters, and other fearsome creatures. It’s kind of like an adult Musou game of sorts.
There’s clothing damage in this one, so it won’t be long before the bullet girls are down to nearly nothing. The girls will also be captured by the enemies from time to time and will need to break free from their clutches. The game touts the ability to view the game from any angle, and a gallery mode where you can just watch the action unfold.
Leisure Suit Larry
Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry takes the iconic Larry into the 21st century as he chases after Faith, gets online dating with the help of the ‘Timber’ app, and generally spends his time navigating the modern dating landscape in the only way that Larry knows.
If you were a fan of the series’ past entries, then you may find some enjoyment in the latest iterations on PS4.
Akiba’s Trip: Undead and Undressed
While Akiba’s Trip: Undead and Undressed is a pretty enjoyable action-adventure game on its own, those looking for a more adult theme to their gameplay will enjoy the ‘sexy’ side of the way players deal with Synthisters. Ripping off their clothes and exposing them to the sunlight will be the order of the day as you make your way through this adventure.
Gal Gun: Double Peace
Yes, it’s another Gal Gun game, and yes, it’s very much the same thing here. You’ll get to work blasting away the demons that have possessed a plethora of anime girls in scantily-clad clothing.
It’s a fun on-rails shooter, with the bonus of having plenty of anime girls who are head-over-heels obsessed with you, and all of the lewd minigames we’ve come to expect from the series. What’s not to love?
Dead or Alive Xtreme 3
Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is the sports-based spin-off of the popular fighting series and is yet again focused on beach volleyball, girls in bikini’s tan lines, and even features the ever-popular “butt battle” game mode.
You can date the girls, use the Photo Paradise mode to take pictures of the ladies in a variety of swimsuits and poses, and even enjoy the sun tanning system. The PS4 version also features swimsuit malfunctions.
