DICE has confirmed that Battlefield V’s much-anticipated Combined Arms mode will drop next week.

While no release date was announced, at least we know it’s dropping soon. In case you missed it, Combined Arms is cooperative offering where a bunch of mates tackle four mission types across four different maps. You can team up with up to three other players, so needless to say communication will play a major role here.

Battlefield V launched with a number of features missing out of the box, including one of the single-player missions as well as Firestorm, its dedicated battle royale mode.

That’s not to say it wasn’t a good game on release, though. Still, it’s nice to see that DICE is pumping new content out on a regular basis, the biggest to date being the Lightning Strikes update.
