Battlefield Hardline has secured a third week at the top spot of the UK Video Games Charts, despite sales falling by 40 per cent week-on-week.
Sales of GTA 5, meanwhile, were up 35 per cent – enough to see the game climb two positions to No.2. Bloodborne falls one place to No.3 after suffering a 55 per cent drop-off.
FIFA 15 continues to perform well as it climbs back up the charts to No.4, with Far Cry 4 also moving up three places to No.5.
Last week’s biggest new release Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin debuts at No.8, although New 3DS exclusive Xenoblade Chronicles 3D lands way down the charts at No.27. The Sims 4 expansion pack Get Back To Work debuts at No.18, although a significant amount of sales are likely to be digital and therefore not accounted for in today’s charts.
