Turtle Rock has announced it’s going to be looking into concerns players have had about Back 4 Blood‘s progression system for solo players.

Those fortunate enough to be in the game’s early access have taken to social media such as Reddit to highlight the game’s imposed restrictions when playing with bots. Namely, things like earning Supply Points, stat tracking and achievements are all disabled in this mode.

The studio acknowledged the frustrations in a Tweet to players over the weekend. It said “We have heard your frustrations about progression in solo mode and are discussing ways to address the issue. Thank you for your patience and feedback at this time – we’ll have more news as we strategize on potential ways to make it happen.”

In case you’re not up to speed, Back 4 Blood uses a card progression system, where players can unlock new and unique modifiers they can put into decks. These decks are unlocked with said Supply Points. The Solo Decks meanwhile, have all their cards unlocked from the start. However, presumably the current system means players can’t farm cards for the main multiplayer modes when playing Back 4 Blood solo.

It’s early days to see how this’ll effect the game overall, but we don’t have long to find out. Back 4 Blood launches for everyone tomorrow, October 12 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC. It’ll also be available on Xbox Game Pass.
