Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Crossover Story guide: A Fated Encounter – Fairy Glen puzzle solution in Night and Day

Kassandra will meet you in Tobhta, which is further north of your current location if you just exited the Cursed Church. Mount up and follow her along the road. She tells you some tidbits about the artifact that she’s looking for, causing Eivor to scoff at her for not wielding it as a weapon.

Eventually, you’ll arrive at the Fairy Glen puzzle area. There are several large stone pillars here that seemed to have been used for rituals. Read the note to see a drawing of an odd symbol. This is what you need to “see,” though we have to find the exact spot that will give us that vantage point.

Explore the vicinity and read the other notes. It looks like someone was trying to “see” the symbol as well.

After a while, you’ll come across a wooden shelf. Destroy the boxes so you can move the shelf to the right.

Climb on top of the shelf and look at the Fairy Glen stones. The symbol will start to glow.

Eivor will meditate for a short while, completing the Fairy Glen puzzle in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. This also counts as an Isle of Skye Mystery collectible.

Talk to Kassandra and mount up again to follow her. This time, you’ll travel north to an area called the Cave of Gold. Stand in the middle of the circle to activate the dais, which won’t work since you seem to be lacking materials.

Then, a bunch of crazed villagers will attack. After dispatching them, Kassandra tells you that five Shards are needed to unlock the door.
