BioWare’s Anthem is just around the corner, and while we’ve already got a launch trailer, District-9 director Neill Blomkamp has teamed up with Electronic Arts to produce a live-action short on the upcoming sci-fi opus.
Conviction is set decades before the events of Anthem, and is suitably action-packed as you’d expect from Blomkamp. It’s just short of four minutes in length, and is actually pretty decent, although the bar for live-action video game shorts isn’t exactly high.
Give it a watch below. Anthem is due out for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on February 22, with post-launch content set to begin rolling out in March.
